Who we are
Forty years of building in this city
HSRC was founded by the current owner’s father four decades ago, and it is still a family business.
Two generations in the same city means we have seen how buildings here actually fail. Coastal salt, reactive soils, and the particular ways a council will read a set of plans.
That is knowledge you cannot hire in. It is why our remedial work starts with a diagnosis rather than a quote, and why our new homes rarely surprise anyone at the approval stage.
We are deliberately not the cheapest, and we are not trying to be the biggest. What we are is accountable: one team, one point of contact, and a name on the job that has been on jobs in these suburbs for forty years.
